The Cordoba leather is one of the most beautiful achievements in the sphere of decorative leather and is very much demanded in the modern wall decoration.

From the XI century, the Caliphate of Cordoba was supplying Europe with gilded or silvered leather. After Moors were expulsed from Spain, this art passed to the North of the France and Flanders.

TASSIN is one of the few houses, which continue this experience and disposes of an exclusive collection of rare models.
The leather is crimped by hot pressure by means of an engraved bronze plate. After that it is decorated (gold, silver or multicolor decoration) and is darkened manually in our ateliers.
